I have lived and worked in Campbell all of my life. I have dedicated myself to the service of the people of this county. As sheriff, I will  continue that service and dedication to the public. I worked sixteen years for the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department prier to becoming sheriff. With hard work, I worked my way from jailer to road officer, then position of detective, minus a three year absence from the sheriff’s office when I worked as a security officer at Y-12 in Oak Ridge, TN. I also served as a police officer for the city of Jellico.

 

I believe that the sheriff’s department does not belong to the sheriff. It belongs to the people of Campbell County. I will always place the best interest of  Campbell County first over my own interest.
